These terms cover your use of the DAYBRAIN app. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use DAYBRAIN.
DAYBRAIN generates podcast-style audio episodes about topics you choose, using artificial intelligence for research, writing, and narration.
All episodes are AI-generated. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and the voices are synthetic — no real person recorded them. Episodes are provided for information and entertainment; they are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Don't use DAYBRAIN to request content that is unlawful, or that harasses, defames, or targets private individuals. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Episode requests pass automated checks at generation, and anything published publicly must follow the rules above. We review reports, remove public content that breaks them, and may suspend the accounts behind it. To report content, email support@daybrain.app with the episode or playlist name.
The topics and questions you submit remain yours. Generated episodes are for your personal use. If you choose to publish an episode or playlist publicly, you allow us to display it (anonymously) to other users inside the app; you can unpublish your content or delete your account at any time.
DAYBRAIN is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe. Where a free trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the period already paid. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
A subscription is for personal listening. "Unlimited" means you are never counted out of creating episodes in ordinary use (roughly a few episodes a week). Automated, bulk, or commercial generation is not covered. If an account's usage is far outside personal listening we may contact you and, if it continues, slow down or pause generation on that account.
DAYBRAIN is an early-stage product provided "as is", without warranties. Generation can fail or be slow, and features may change or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
You can stop using DAYBRAIN and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
